Who this covers

This policy covers johnsonandcompanyflooring.com, the website for Johnson & Company — Flooring, the Gift Shop, and The Venue — in Eminence, Kentucky. It doesn't cover Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, or other third-party sites this site links to; those have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. The quote and inquiry forms on this site (Flooring, Gift Shop, Venue, and general contact) ask for some combination of your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project or event, depending on which form you use. We don't collect this information any other way, and we don't require an account or login to use the site.

How we use it

Information submitted through a form is used only to respond to your inquiry — to text or call you back about a quote, answer a question, or follow up about an event date. We don't use it for marketing emails or text campaigns, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Where form submissions go

The forms on this site don't send or store anything on their own. When you tap the button, your phone's texting app (or your email app, on a computer) opens with your message already written to us — nothing is sent until you press send yourself. We use what you send only to follow up with you.

Analytics

This site uses (or is set up to use) Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you individually across visits or across other websites. It only tells us general, anonymized information — like how many people visited a page, roughly where visitors are located, and what site referred them here — so we can understand which pages are useful. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tool that tracks you across the web.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The site's built-in chat assistant and Google Maps embeds (used on our location and contact sections) may function using their own local browser storage or cookies from Google; those are controlled by Google, not by us.

Third-party embeds

Pages on this site include an embedded Google Map to help you find our locations in Eminence. When that map loads, Google may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Social links to Facebook and Instagram on this site simply open those platforms in a new tab — we don't embed any Facebook or Instagram tracking code on this site.

Your choices

If you'd like us to delete information you've previously sent us, just ask — call, text, or email and we'll take care of it.
